Jon graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2002 and joined Torbridge Veterinary Hospital in 2009. He has a keen interest in surgery including orthopedic procedures. Jon has recently completed the Certificate for Advanced Veterinary Practioner in general small animal surgery.
Emily graduated from Edinburgh University and joined Torbridge Veterinary Hospital in 2000. After several years of mixed practice at Torbridge Veterinary Hospital. In 2005 Emily obtained a general practitioner certificate in feline practice from the European School of Veterinary Studies.
Rachael graduated from Bristol University in 2009 and joined the Torbridge team in 2011. Rachael has recently completed the BSAVA (British Small Animal Veterinary Association) Post Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Medicine. It was a three year course, including lectures, written and spoken exams and a 10-case casebook.
Cathryn joined Horsepond Veterinary Centre after gaining her Veterinary Science degree at Bristol University in July 1997. Prior to that she gained an Agricultural degree at Reading University.
She has a specialist interest in feline medicine. She has attended courses on veterinary acupuncture and is a member of the British Small Animal Veterinary Association. Cathryn works at our Horsepond Branch and the Bideford Hospital.
Caroline qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2000 at Torbridge Veterinary Hospital. Caroline has a wealth of experience in all aspects of veterinary nursing. She graduated April 2012 with a BSc (Hons) Clinical Veterinary Nursing.
Alice qualified with a foundation degree in veterinary nursing from the University of the West of England in 2011. During her training and short career she has worked in Tavistock, Dorset and Cornwall! Alice has joined our nursing team at our Bideford Hospital.
Kaylie joined Torbridge Veterinary Hospital in 2007 and qualified whilst working with Torbridge. She enjoys working with dogs and helping with dog behaviour issues. She is a Clinical Coach for student veterinary nurses and has an active role in assisting then with their training.
